If for any reason, you didn’t like the product and want it to return to us, you can send us request using this form. We happily accept Product Returns/ Exchange Requests. Please make sure you keep product in its original condition when you return it.
How to get a Defected Item Replaced or Return?
All products sold at www.festivefeel.com are covered at 15 Days return or replacement policy. The problems like fitting issues, damages or defects items are returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.
Defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com or call us on +91 8948450584, within 15 days from the date of delivery. The defective products are replaced immediately, or we will refund your money.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 15 Days Replacement Guarantee:
• Any item that physical damage to the box.
• Any item that has been washed
• Any item not in its original condition
• Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Returns and Exchange conditions:
In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange will be done on special price of the item(s) not on MRP.
Festivefeel.com will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.
- Return/Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery. Please take note that this is applicable to all.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Refund amount for courier charges
In general cases, we arrange reverse pickup for items to be returned. But in some cases where COD is not available, customers have to courier us the products back. If that is the case, please send us scanned copy of your courier receipt so we can refund the amount of courier also. Please make sure the amount of courier doesn’t exceed Rs.150/kg
