Cancellation and Refund


IMPORTANT: All the products are made to order.  Hence, cancellation is possible within 12 hours  of placing the product and refund is possible in case of incorrect or damaged product delivered. 


Returns & Exchange:

  • We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your should share unboxing video of the product to show the damaged or incorrect piece delivered. 
  • We will process your refund back to the source once returned product is checked and return is approved by our team. It should reflect in your bank account/credit card in 3-7 business days. Please note custom made products will not be returned for any reason other than incorrect or defective product delivered.
